PAYMENT TERMS:

Kindly note that to book our Uganda tours, we require a 30% deposit and this should either be wired on our account or paid directly to our agents in the US using credit cards. Note that credit card payments are subject to a 10% surcharge and this is deducted off your credit card as soon as you authorize them to take off the deposit. We will send you the booking details on your request.

Note that you are required to book gorilla safaris at least 2 months in advance so that we make your necessary reservations. For those interested in Gorilla tours, note that they are booked on first come first served basic. So your early commitment enables us secure a gorilla permit for your package.
