The Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) executive director Maggie Kigozi has urged government to improve roads to boost the tourism sector.
She argued that since the sector is the biggest foreign exchange earner for the country which attracted 1.2 million tourists, it should be prioritized.
She appealed to tour operators and hoteliers to provide quality service to attract more tourists.
